hi guys, i am the newbiest here (LOL).
1 year 4 months ago i was crossing the street, i took a jump step to get on the sidewalk and when my heel hit the pavement i felt like my entire skeleton cracked.
that night i looked in the mirror, a 47 year old 220 LB 5’11" pear shaped man stared back at me…
…to be continued at “the 35 and over lifter”
I envy you guys that can sleep 8+ hours, I take sleep aids and do well to get 6 hours, usually get around 5 1/2 hours. Sleep is one of those things that just doesn’t come easily for me.
I still seem to recover ok from workouts though, as long as I get 4+ hours of uninterrupted sleep.
…I started walking, 4 times around the block one night, 4 times around 2 blocks the next, a year later i was jogging 4 miles in 44 minutes.
a new 179LB ME decides swimming might be a better way of working out my entire body with out breaking my legs.
so i joined LA fitnes, after i hit the pool for 5 laps and almost drowned i figured i need a bit more upper body power if iam to do any serious laps.
enter weight lifting-i biggin the EAS body for life program…
to be continued
