Hello Testosterone readers. I was wondering what kind of hobbies most of you engage in. My entire life I have been having hobbies that involve a lot of sitting on my ass so I want to get some new ideas of what to do in my spare time to help me out with my changing lifestyle towards a fitter me.
Trolling internet forums is a popular one around here. It won’t do much for your physique though.
