FT: 43 ng/dl
TT: 1282 ng/dl
Protocol: 26mg Daily IM (182mgs weekly) for 5 months now. Feel great overall. Only issue is minimal back and chest acne which annoys me.

Yeah, might give creams a shot if I’m still no good at 30 FT… even at 22 FT, I would have thought I’d be feeling descent at least. Feels like well below average.
Pre-TRT I was 10-12 FT on a peak, so it doesn’t make sense I feel shitty on my trough of 22 (now even higher).
Your free t is too high relevant to total t.
Still have no idea where you are coming up with this stuff. None. Not a clue.
I get daily peaks of free T over 30 but my morning trough is around 18-20. Given my experience over the years, i think the body is sensitive to ‘area under the curve’ when it comes to T. So if my daily swing is High 35, low 20…avg 27.5. I do much better on that than if I more closely pegged my free T at 27.5 with a longer ester.
So what do you advise? Lower dose?
Yes or switch up the injection frequency.
Or ignore his advice because it is nonsense. Absolute nonsense.
You feel great overall, other than a touch of acne… And someone is going to tell you to loser your dose? Now that you’ve been feeling great for 5 months? So you can go back to feeling shitty? Because he said your number is too high?
Bro science nonsense
Biological science. Not bro science. Our hormones have very tight ratios that they need to stay at. Anything outside these and problems WILL occur. If you look back through his posts he contradicts himself ‘ i feel great overall but libido swings and erections are hit and miss. I gaurantee if these are his numbers he will be having issues.
I’ve spoken to plenty of guys with numbers very, very close to those with no issues.
As long as you stay obsessed with numbers you will be spouting bro science. Ratios are important to a degree when it comes to T/E. Raising T high and lowering E using an AI creates a high ratio and that will causes issues (tons of research on that). Free T in respect to total testosterone as you are describing is a DEFINITE NO.
One guy has free T of 45 with total of 1000 (low SHBG) . Another guy has free T of 45 with total of 1800 (high SHBG). Both are doing amazing with zero symptoms. Go tell one of them that their ‘ratio is bad’, I dare you. You would be laughed out of my FB group in less than 15 minutes with the things you are suggesting.
Look these things up and do some research before spouting the bro science and be absolutely certain that you know what you’re saying before you say anything because some of the advice you give out here can really mess a guy up.
bullshit, testosterone is generally well tolerated in adult men… and acutely/intermittently even well tolerated in VERY high dosages
Here he comes again… About to reply again…
@GSX250 when will you learn to listen for once?
If men couldn’t handle slight variations off natural hormonal productions… you would see guys cycling like 500mg+ Test weekly or cruising on 300mg etc
Are there LONG term effects? Sure (probably), but to say “nope, he’s at 1200ng/dl. That’s too high…”
Bitch please, many guys have TT concentrations of 5000ng/dl+ for very prolonged periods of time, is it good for them… no… but it isn’t to say that they’re overtly emotional, gyno ridden, disease ridden individuals
Feel pretty good at 621 pmol (110-660) on 120mg a week EOD but my uro wants me to donate blood or he’ll bring me down to 100mg. I wanted to get past the 660 to see how GREAT it could feel. Sigh…
Donate blood because of what??
Ok you are not uderstanding what i’m trying to say. You can have t levels of 10,000ng/dl and be fine IF free t, dht and e2 are in sync.
HCT 0.380 - 0.500 L/L 0.454 0.462 0.470 0.534 H 0.507 H
HGB 125 - 170 g/L 153 157 160 179 H 170
I was hoping he could UP me to 150mg a week. LOL Get into upper FT and over, just to test it out. He’ll drop my 120mg if I don’t get the bloods down, which I did with the donation.I can keep my 120mg but he WON’T increase it. I’ll never see upper FT. SAD!

Given free T will fluctuate in relation to genetics, TT, albumin, SHBG and more… what makes you think there is an optimal ratio for T->FT, there is no scientific literature to support such a notion
A TT of 10,000ng/dl in the long term isn’t safe, acutely to intermittently perhaps. There’s no data regarding an optimal ratio for T-E2 to exist, however we do know that one can have symptomatology if the ratio here is skewed, as would be seen in aromatase excess syndrome… or if someone was hypogonadal with E 2x upper limit of ref ranges, that’s common sense
You’ll never get symptom resolution with this guy.
That’s close to high point but how low is it in comparison to your number in the other standard of measurement you use?
