Well done. Unfortunately this isnt a grammar forum. And i make total sense just a spelling error. But hey puff your chest out and stand strong.
My answer is because of no feedback loop to keep everything balanced and in check. Injections flood the system and the body can struggle to find balance. Hence we have to manually find it through injection frequency, dosages, possibly MICRO dosed ais (if e2 dominant as an absolute last resort) and dht compounds.
My free t was insanely high (relative to total t and e2) on frequent eod and ed injections. And i had low e2 symptons as a result. Even though my estradiol was over the ref range.
@GSX250 prove my understanding on this? Really?
I post poll results that 70% of men in my FB group have their free T over 30 ng/dL.
There is no evidence to block E2 ever. How am I supposed to prove a lack of evidence?
You’re a little low in the IQ department apparently.
What have you provided as evidence exactly? Not a damn thing.
Imo dbossa or anyone else on this forum giving advice are equal.
Dbossa gives out advice on his research and what he hears certain Drs say. And he gets testimonials.
Systemlord He reads a ton from research, studies, guys experiences, hears videos from doctors and system forms his own opinion and shoots out advice.
You have actual doctors changing their thinking on trt all the time… Remember this
Most men won’t encounter significant issues on 500mg weekly if used acutely according to literature… so not sure what you’re trying to say here
Shoots out advice… not ‘good’ advice or ‘factually correct’ advice lol
You just commented that something he said was rubbish in another thread.
And, no, not one single issue of any kind (surprising actually) on 500mg per week.
Yeah. I don’t think shbg should have anything to do with injection amount or frequency. But others actually do.
My Dr didn’t even want to check shbg or estradiol sensitive. I had to insist.
He checks regular estradiol. I forced him to give me an ai based on this BS on here (or shall I say people’s opinion).
Turns out my Dr was more correct then not.
Btw I only took ai occasionally during a 2-3 month period a while ago. Worst time ever! Because I was led to believe me estradiol had to be near 22. I feel best with estradiol 30 or above. Ai is poison for men.
I did have one doc that I argued with to death and he eventually caved and gave me an AI. Everything else he said was absolute nonsense but he was adamant that estrogen was of no consequence. I’ve been meaning to pay him a visit and say, “You were right about one thing!!” lol
I’ll say further it was ksman and systemlord who told hundreds of men to take an ai. Even had a formula on how much to microdose.
I think systemlord learned his lesson (maybe) and will not spew out other guys advice.
The problem with system is when he gives opinion based on his own experience which is so odd and unique with many underlying conditions. But he has evolved as well from my reading…
I remember… because when I first got started in this racket THEY are the ones I learned it from. I thought systemlord was “Lord of the System” like the admin or site owner who had all the knowledge.
I know better now so I call him out on this nonsense every single chance I get to ensure a newb doesn’t come along and take his advice as gospel.
Im lost. Are you sure you are referring to systemlord and not another member? Perhaps unreal24278? All that systemlord spews out you should pretty much ignore. Im sure he is sincere in his intentions, but he is really no authority (as his username and writings may suggest).
My last test put me at Free T 20.5 ng/dl with an SHBG of 25.2 nmol. That’s on 100mg Test C IM twice per week, so 200 mg/week total.
@dbossa I’m thinking I’d like to pick that up a little to see if I can improve. I feel ok, libido ok (ok, not amazing), morning wood is there mostly, no real negative symptoms but I’m not feeling “really good”. Would you suggest trying 250mg/week for 6-8 weeks and seeing where my bloods end up and how I’m feeling?
I don’t like to mess around too much but think I could feel a bit better, not sure if I’m being greedy though
I hope you last because this is hard work and very time consuming. It may be better just to give out your advice without the countering of someone else. The reader should be able to understand the different views.
I edit my post. Misleading I wrote they are the same. Thx
Yes… You actually sound a lot like me dosage wise. I don’t do well at all with only 200mg. It’s not commonplace but it does happen. You have room to bump up as you have symptoms and your free T is on the low end on my opinion. Try 250 for 6-8 weeks and see if you see improvement. If no improvement you may want to address other things.
I’m thinking of all the stuff they used to say… KSMAN in particular… All the stupid stuff I tried to do… Taking iodine and all this other nonsense. Always thinking I was doing it wrong because it wasn’t doing anything.
Sigh
I think we should stop picking on systemlord, whether his advice be credible or not… the guy bears no ill intent and wishes to help/provide for the greater good. At this point ripping on the guy is counterproductive and hurtful.
For sure, call him out when he says something that can’t be backed up by legitimate anecdote or scientific literature… but at this point it’s become a mob mentality style ripping… that’s not cool in my book
Does he make a lot of statements I consider to be BS? Yes… but that’s the beautiful thing about these forums, we are all open to having our own opinions, it’s only when potentially harmful/bad advice is vehermontly pushed with extensive bias, which all of us are perhaps partially guilty of… some perhaps more than others.
That’s my original point. We are all equal. In our own minds we may weigh some advice higher than others…
In my book this is all advice we get. As it is easy to find medical studies to back up 5 different ways in looking at 1 issue.
It’s 17.8 ng/dL not 48.
