Hmm this would be an interesting video if you could get a clear answer from your network of TRT doctors.
Many people are under the impression FT works the same on TRT. So, they see 15-20 FT and they think they have plenty and should next work on decreasing their E2 to 20-30.
The problem with numbers is that guys see ‘plenty’ but still have symptoms. So what do you do? “I shouldn’t raise my dose because I have plenty”? or “Screw the numbers, I just don’t want to have any symptoms”.
0-14 2 men
15-29 21 men
30-39 22 men
40-49 6 men
50-59 3 men
60+ 20 men
74 men responded and less than THIRTY PERCENT had symptom resolution with free T under 30 and over SEVENTY PERCENT had symptom resolution with free T over 30.
I also assume this is on a trough. Between the trough and peak we can assume most have even higher levels throughout their week.
The FT question is most important to us with a dailies protocol as we don’t get much of a peak and trough. So, most people inject once or twice a week – their trough can be 14-29 and still be in solid shape I imagine. Us on dailies, however, are unlikely to be good on 14-29 as our regular levels will not change much.
Would be more accurate if we asked the same people how often they inject a week and what their FT is. Otherwise the poll is still really helpful in establishing a bell curve to symptom-resolution.
I do once weekly shots. I’ve done e14d even (high enough dose to avoid dropping below 550 at nadir) and I feel fine… sure, there’s a pretty huge dip towards the end but it isn’t AWFUL
Wouldn’t recommend it though, the higher peaks tend to mean potentially more effect on haematological parameters. However for me HCT, red cell count etc doesn’t appear to budge on anything… actually in the past 12 months HCT dropped from 155-160 to 130… so perhaps there is an effect, yet iron deficiency and continual bleeding makes it impossible for the erythrocytosis inducing effect of androgens to be observed within me
I get my free t in the values of pmol/l, which is 618 (255-725) on 100mg a week. Now am on 125mg for last 3 months. So that figure converted to ng/dl is 48, I don’t think this could be possible on 100mg a week.
@steven90 - pretty sure @dbossa is talking about the men in his Facebook group he’s polling to get results. Not a general statement about worldwide TRT.
The poll is from the FB group. The results closely match what I see everywhere else from the tons of messages and emails I get. It’s all the same. Why would I make this up?? If guys were all sub 30 that’s what I’d report! I tell you what I see, provide evidence of what I see, and then it gets dismissed because someone didn’t like the ranges I chose as if it was to support some kind of conspiracy theory.
@systemlord choose the ranges yourself and the question and I’ll gladly post it. Then I’ll post the results here, then you’ll say I’m full of shit, and we can all continue to around the merry-go-round of insanity.
We all live in our own worlds. I personally know hundreds (400-500) using weekly dosing and doing well with it. Of those I know, I’d say maybe 10% inject either more frequently, or less, like once every two weeks.
By the way, I do not doubt Danny Bossa one bit, he reports from his own experiences.
I would love to know the thousands of older men (my Dr says many in FL on trt) that are not in these forums because they are doing just fine! What is their protocol?.. Maybe they are on gels! Maybe they only inject 1x a week!
Those that are looking to bossa YouTube or these forums I bet you they all have underlying issues (maybe genetic) that need certain protocols .
Post something with your own reasoning and theories instead of bullshit studies. Prove your understanding of this. Still yet to see you provide ANYTHING other than ‘e2 is irrelevant’ or get your free t over 40. Come on back yourself up.
