As my dad is a musician and i’ve been in and out of bands since i was a kid I have gradually become fairly opinionated.

firtly i don’t like slayer that much (sensing a flamewar approach) Vaders cover of Raining Blood hands their asses to them.

secondly i like a lot of off the beaten track metal, that feels really different to the more mainstream stuff, like ANNIHILATOR MESHUGGAH SYL GOJIRA TEXTURES (early) OPETH

Also i like to relax, with the more listener friendly bands like TESTAMENT, MEGADETH (oldschool), SUFFOCATION and DARK ANGEL
