To try and eat healthier I got my self a little George Forman grill for work. One thing I seemed to notice is that EVERY THING has ungodly amounts of sodium in it. I bought Tyson boneless / skinless chicken breasts pre-marinated for easy cooking at work, and each breast had almost 750mg of sodium. That seemed high to me. Any one know what amount of sodium a person be taking in on average?
Thanks
