Back up a few lbs? I can’t figure out how to cut properly. I just end up a smaller person with the same level of BF. You’re looking good these days, congrats on the hard work. I’ll stay my fluffy self.

It was a pic to get the wifie horned up, so ignore the flirty nature
I’m 6’ tall, 178
bench 1RM maybe 280 - usually do 245 for 4-5 reps max right now.
I used a slin pin and rotated each injection around the deltoid, anterior, medial, and posterior heads. Not sure if it really matters but that was the advice I received and that’s what I did.
Not sure if you ever tried doing a carnivore diet temporarily, but I never saw such an astonishing level of fat loss so quickly with any diet I’ve ever tried. If you consider it, do some reading up on it first as replenishing electrolytes and minerals are critical.
I was then able to lean bulk and kept the fat off in the process. This pic was from a month ago… I’ve gained additional lean mass since then.
This intrigued me. I googled it and am still reading but have some questions.
Did you go all grass fed fancy meats?
We’re you in a caloric deficit?
How long did you run it?
I absolutely did grass-fed all bought from a local farm in bulk. There is a HUGE difference in the nutritional content between that and grocery store, mass produced meat. Check this out lol
I ate anytime I was hungry and was still in a caloric deficit. Each meal would keep me full for a long time so I only really ate twice a day. I did it for almost a month. I got so lean in such a short time I decided to end it and started a lean bulk.
I’m 170.5 so up from the 164 I got down to but added a bit of muscle (and probably 2-3 lbs of fat. The only thing that works for me is cutting down to 1 big meal a day.
Looking great dude!
Looking damn good dude! You running anything extra? Love it
Just my TRT… I’ve thrown in a touch of nandrolone here and there on occasion but at very low doses. I can’t tolerate much of it at all and not for very long either. The biggest change was really applying myself in my home gym, training 6 days a week, and eating with a purpose compared to before. Those things have made all the difference in the world. Having a home gym was the best investment I ever made. This is my garage. Everything I need.
Looks great. So jelly of those dumbbells. I missed a complete set of rubber coated from 20-85’s for $300 a while back and I still get sick thinking about it. My adjustable work, but suck soooo bad.
If you think that’s jelly, you should see my training partner… My wife… Helps to keep me motivated just a wee bit
Especially when she’s got chains wrapped on her with weights and doing Pull-ups that most guys in this forum couldn’t do ![]()
The only thing I can think to say that isn’t something you shouldnt say about another mans wife is “that looks like a good training partner”
.
Hahaha! Agreed!
I, too, would bang @dbossa’s wife’s brains out. Or die trying.
This is what it’s all about. Most people aren’t eating and aren’t getting after it in their training.
Looking good man - keep it going.
Are you counting calories?
I cannot imagine any diet would trigger fat loss if calories are not managed
@ncsugrad2002 OMFG lol!
@vonko1988 while doing carnivore I wasn’t counting calories. I knew I was in a deficit but didn’t calculate how much. I sure as hell am not counting calories now. No time for that. I eat as much protein as I can and I train hard for an hour a day. I do that consistently. If you do anything consistently, you’ll progress.
@dbossa you have mentioned temporary diuretic to get rid of water.
What do you think is better pamabrom or caffeine anhydrous ?
And @highpull what do you think is better ?
Thanks.
I couldn’t tell you. I’ve never had the issue myself so never needed to. Lots of guys have simply reported that it worked like a charm but didn’t tell me the specific one they were using. Any mild diuretic should technically work.
