Whats my BF%? and should i cut down more before i leanbulk?

I do not feel you have anything left to cut down to.

By chance, are you still in your teens?

Lean bulk. LIft weights with the aim to get stronger, but not at the expense of getting fatter.

It doesn’t matter what your percent body fat is. The mirror tells you all you need to know. You are far from needing to lose fat. You vastly need more muscle.

How long have you been Cutting?

If it’s been 12 weeks or more, you might be ready to start the Lean Gains now.

We’ve seen guys who post here reduce calories to lose fat. And then when they stop the cut and add calories to get back to Maintenance, they keep losing fat anyway. While getting stronger in the gym. Like verifiable Lean Gains.

And the surprising thing is that it works at different levels of body fat. From bodybuilders who just competed, to guys who stsrted really fat and cut down to just kinda fat. If the defecit was Long enough, they get the lean gains when they add calories.

As others have said.I think you need to concentrate on adding more muscle.
What are you doing for legs?

What’s left to cut? I would rather have more BF if it meant more appreciable muscle at the point.

Ok thankyou going to start the bulk then, going to go long and slow i want to priotise my insulin sensitivity

2x weekly hack squat, leg ext, seated leg curl, abudctors, standing calf raise. I dont do squats or freeweights for legs since i messed my back up in an deadlift a couple months ago
