Start the var a week to 5 days earlier. So it really kicks in about about the same time as the prop. Then watch your strength climb through the roof. You can run it straight through your cycle since its really mild. Also run it @ 40mgs there is little difference in 50mgs a day. If your going to climb up the scale in dosage 60mgs a day would be the next stop. But I still think 40mgs a day is good. Also I just saved you a pill a day.
About your reasons for cutting prior… I don’t know how accurate the info is that you’ve heard. It is true that one should not be fat before starting a cycle but 12% should hardly be considered fat. In the end it is your choice but I beleive that with a fairly clean diet above maintenance calories you will put on a good amount of muscle and lose fat at the same time. The effects of steroids on nutrient partitioning should not be underestimated. The cleaner the diet, the more fat you will lose on cycle.
