What'd You Get!?!

Book: 1000 songs to hear before you die.
Sake
Vodka
10 pack “Beers of the World”

My mom just got back from Scotland and so she sent me one of those 1kg bars of Cadbury’s chocolate, 6 bottles of Irn Bru, TEN BIG ASS curly wurlys, about 2 dozen assorted other chocolate bars and about a whole fucking pound of my Aunt’s Millonaire shortbread. Gah.

The Irn Bru is the worst though because I haven’t had pop in almost 2 years. OMG I love that stuff. I’m going to keep one bottle and put the rest on the middle table at work. :frowning: (sadface)

Don’t do that, just drink it all then you can burn off the calories by taking naked pictures of yourself and posting them in the T-Vixen forum and lucky T-Nation members (read: me).

No, from EFTS.
I’m gonna learn a lot regardless. I trained with a Westside-style group the last couple months and am probably gonna change it up a bit (plan to be raw long term) but if you can learn something, why not? I’m new to PL so, just checking everything out.

AHAHAHA.

Also:

(from gf)
clothes
protein powder
measuring tape…YOU KNOW WHERE THAT’S GOIN

A multi-function video, radio, music player for the gym, a pair of gorilla grips, some supplements and a Theracane. The Theracane was an instant hit in the gym, especially with the crowd around the power rack. It hits the deep muscles of the back with minimal effort and motion. I’m hoping that T-Nation will review it for the “Stuff We Like” string. I’m about to turn 50 and I center my workouts on the posterior chain. So the right grips and muscle relief are important. The gorilla grips helped me get to sets with 405 and the post-workout Theracane makes it possible to get deeper post-workout sleep and minimal lower back soreness.

…books…lots of them…

Luckly I like reading as much as working out!
