start some butter or olive oil in a pan on medium heat. throw several handfuls of spinach in there. when it starts to wilt, add eggs (i usually do 6). keep it all moving around while the eggs are cooking. add salt, pepper, onion powder to taste (or throw some onion in w/ the spinach right off the bat). when it’s almost done, add some frank’s hot sauce, a small handful of pine nuts, and some romano cheese.
Meal 1:
6 jumbo egg whites and two yolks
~ 1 cup of diced ham, peppers, mushrooms, and onions
ton of feta cheese
a lot of butter on the pan (lol)
1 big-ass apple
coffee
Meal 2:
JB-style Super Shake:
1 cup yogurt
unmeasured amount of frozen strawberries
2 scoops of pro powder
handful of nuts
2 tbspn flaxmeal
water
sounds good; How do you make it? Or is it just Garlic and cauliflower roasted together?
start by buttering/oiling the cauliflower head. just a wee bit
rub crushed garlic on it. (little pepper maybe)
split the head into pieces (size to preference)
into the oven at 350f or until the tops get all golden brown
2 lbs turkey breast (or chicken)
4 cups chicken stock (broth won’t work as well)
chipotles in adobe sauce
1 onion (yellow or red)
3 tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
3 chile peppers
3 strips bacon
1 lime
fresh cilantro
Heat up chicken stock in a deep skillet. Cut turkey into slices. Poach turkey for 6-7 minutes (until cooked through). Separate meat from stock. In another pan, cook bacon (I like mine before it gets crispy). Put the bacon to the side, leaving the grease in the pan. Mince garlic and onion, then cook in the bacon grease till brown. Add in diced peppers and tomato and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the mixture to the stock back in the skillet (should be on simmer). Dice turkey and add. Chop up a couple chipotles and toss in. Add adobo sauce to taste. I would recommend caution, it can get too spicy if you’re gung-ho about it. Squeeze in lime and add salt and cilantro to taste. Serve with crumbled bacon. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can crush up some tortillas in a bowl and grate some cheddar on top, then pour the hot soup over it. Makes about four servings.
I abuse those Mission low-carb tortillas. My new staple is pizza…take one of these bad boys, add some sauce, cheese, veggies and meat of choice. Cook in olive oil until the tortilla firms up. If ya cut it into fours it’ll easily hold a half pound of meat. I usually cut it up before I cook.
Saute up veggies over medium heat in olive oil in a pan. Today I used mushrooms, onions, red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers, broccoli. After veggies begin to soften add in diced chicken and pasta if you’d like (I usually use penne, easier to mix). Then add 2-3 teaspoons of pesto and mix it all up. Pour onto a plate and top with feta cheese, this stuff is amazing. Enjoy.
another question im really wondering is how many carbs do i add back into my diat and how quickly. I have been “low carbing” for almost a year now and by no means do I ever plan on going back to pizza and cheeseburgers for every meal but im so used to not eating many carbs at all. Ill give an example of the usual day for me (most days are almost identical because i am not the most creative mind in the kitchen)

Ive had awsome results with fat loss by training hard and eating pretty strictly by restricting my carbs so much. I’m now thinking that to get to muscle gain instead of pure fat loss from a former fat ass, should I introduce carbs and what kinds and such?
If someone has a second to give me an idea id appreciate it a ton. Ive workesd hard to get here so I’m really trying to get the best knowledge of how to move on to more strength and muscle.

tuna mashed with avocado then mixed with whatever else you have lying around (onion, chickpeas, chilli peppers etc).
Its the shit.
Tuna from a can?
Yep, Just drain it, chuck it in a bowl, slice some avocado into it and mash it up with a fork. I often just eat it like that straight away, although it’s also good when mixed with finely chopped peppers, red lentils, some broccoli chopped up pretty small and a birds-eye chilli. Bada-Bing - Surprisingly good stuff.
