What You Did Right From the Start?

reading as much as i could online, and just going regularly.
started with a RETARDED routine i made myself. Had good lifts and all, but was stupid. and my leg/back day i managed to skip every time, so i avoided deadlifts and squats.

Technique and immediately throwing in deadlifts, training with intensity and researching the shit out of what I was doing.

Asked a lot of questions. Sure not everyone had helpful answers, but success leaves clues, and if you’re paying attention, you notice patterns.
