The HGH/Slin gut. Seriously, while I do sometimes appreciate the sheer fucking mass on some monsters, I find myself looking to the older days when bodybuilding wasn’t just about mass.
Pics of this gut in 2009-2010.

We’ll wait.
Of people winning competitions or just of anyone competing? Ruhl still has one, Kai is getting one also.

That being said, I don’t get what all the hysteria is with the “GH gut”. Most of the guys with any sign of this are usually big enough to still have a wicked V taper and still look incredible. Look at Ronnie’s 42" waist compared with his back (which is one of the biggest of all time) and tell me he doesn’t still have an incredible taper.
Kai, really?

I dont agree at all and I cant stand his physique.

Ruhl yes. The final relic of that generation I guess. But even his waist got smaller in his most recent competition.

I recall Arnold adding some component of formal wear - not DURING the Olympia, just before - kinda like basketball players. In his words, it helps alleviate the notion that BBers are giant neanderthals and that they do indeed have class. Maybe during the pre or post show, they’d be in suits/tuxes, and then during the actual show things would go as normal (with golden-era trunks…). This is Arnold’s idea, not mine, and I’ve never watched a full Mr. O so I don’t know where they’d actually plug the formal wear in.
