A friend sent me his lab work.
He’s on 200 test per week and I think has been on trt for two years. He told me he gets bloods done every 90 days and last week his labs showed a big jump in estrogen. It’s now at 61. His nips began to get sensitive so he called me to see if I ever had a value change like this.

What was it previously? Same protocol? Labs pulled at the same time relative to his injections?
Diet changes? Lifestyle changes? Body changes?

All good questions. I’ll get some info and report back but I would assume the doc would ask or instruct him to do so … all the bloods are done via the TRT center
I think he said 6 months ago the levels were at 23.
Blood work every 90 days, sounds like a T-Mill. I’m only required to get blood work twice yearly.

61 is not very high to be honest. Everybody is different. I guess the concern would be sides he was feeling. I am around low 80s for E and my doctor isn’t concerned with this number since I don’t have any side effects.
It is. Under the supervision of a PA or LNP I believe.
Only side is sensitive nips. No knot. No visible sign of gyno. He called me as he knew I had been on test in the past and wanted to see if I ever had an issue with a random E spike. He’s is getting in touch w the clinic but I was curious how or why ones E would spike like that if nothing else had changed protocol wise
I asked about any additional meds and he said he began taking weed sleep gummies to get more rest a month or so ago. Can that affect E levels and to that degree?
I have no idea. It’s best to identify what is causing the sleep issues so it doesn’t progress with time.
