fresh beaver.
beaver… dark red, fine grained, moist and tender… the remaining question is, did a rodent have to die for your last feeding?
No, she’s doing fine.
Gottatrain, are you still bored?[/quote]
Dude, I’m always bored at work. Thankfully, I can leave the office and jump on a plane whenever I want. next week, I’m in Boston. Currently in the 4th week of WM.
Oh yeah, about an hour ago, I tried JB’s Thai Beef out of his Gourmet Nutrition book…Damned tasty. I highly recommend the book. In about an hour and a half it’ll be a Low-Carb Grow! shake with natty p-butter and ground flaxseed. Which reminds me, I only have two tubs left.
Don’t kill this thread damnit! I’m diggin’ it. I’m learning some stuff…plus I started it.![]()
Chicken and wild chanterelle stirfry done quickly in e.v.o. and seasoned with some basil and oregano out of the garden. I just found a huge patch of chanterelles and had to brag.
Had them for lunch, midway, and dinner.

If you need a place to train while you’re here, the Gold’s on Lansdowne (next to Fenway Park) is a great gym. Last week all three squat racks were filled, and we were all doing squats. And all three with good form. It made me get a little misty-eyed.
Post workout all you can eat buffet… minutes ago.
Large plate of BBQ pork, roast beef, breaded shrimp, chicken fried rice, chicken balls, curried chicken with veggies. Rinse. BBQ pork, chicken balls, fried rice, melon, pineapple chunks, dessert wonton and fortune cookie.
Where’s the couch, I think it is time for the post “post workout meal” nap or something.
bowl of homemade chicken chili. I was up to 1am last night making a huge pot of this stuff, 4lbs of chicken. It is so good.
also had a plum and cup of brocoli.
I just did a few lines of Low-Carb Grow! I’ve found that the new banana flavor burns the least.
I like to snort my protein powders. Quick, easy and it shuttles the nutrients to where they gotta go faster - my brain!!
a double double from in n out. also a few fish oil caps cause they make even fast food healthy, right?
10 minutes…
500g salmon
sweet potatoes
veggies
fish oil capsules
Hmm - currently stuffing
1 dry cup oatmeal
2 scoops Low-Carb Grow!
2 tbsp flax oil
blueberries for flavouring and they were on sale so i stocked up
Last night a bug managed to crawl into my sheets and seeing as I was up anyway - i ate it for extra nighttime anti-catabolic protein - gimme a break I was still half-asleep !
3 chicken breasts
2 cans tuna
1 nectarine
1 banana
a bunch of nuts
warrior diet meal…hehehe
My new bread- Mountain Oat Bran Wrap stuffed with tuna, lettuce, tomatoe and avocado. Yum!
Family BBQ, with lobster, steak, sweet potatoes and onion. Rest of the family had the normal potatoes, onion and butter. Mom has a garden with strawberries and raspberries. Everyone made shortcakes with cream. I hunted down a blender and made an extra tasty grow shake.
OK. I had the shake, and half a strawberry shortcake.

obviously did not do anything physical yesterday. saw wedding crashers - highly recommend. more carbs today - lifting tonight.
notes:
i eat like this 9 out of 14 days - the days i am at work. the other 5 days i eat much more whole food and not so clean, although cleaner than 98% of the population. (calamari, chicken strips, hamburgers - yes, french fries, pizza, ice cream - generally no)
my night time meals are not planned - i just eat something when i wake up to use the restroom, which happens A LOT, as i drink a lot of fluids and especially water!

Wendy’s Classic Triple w/cheese – without the bun.
I know, it’s nasty, but sometimes you just gotta give in to the craving. At least it was post-workout.
