They have a large variety of beverages at the local Burger King: iced tea, coke, sprite, root beer, dr. pepper, orange soda and fruit punch.

About an hour ago. Turkey burger pattie with European salad and red wine vinagrette, handfull of organic granola and yogurt and some baby carrots.

1 Hour ago - 1 brown pita bread with half can of tuna, cottage cheese with lil pineapple chunks and a dollop of salad cream - Not that enjoyable- u know what it’s like when sometimes the tuna tastes ‘fishy’?! Almost makes me gag - oh well. Half hour till chow down me pre workout protein shake n banana

A half hour ago. A nice omlette-2 cups of egg beaters, 2 eggs, a piece of muenster cheese melted in, two Tsp of olive oil, tomatoes and spinach. Nectarine on the side. A couple fish oil pills.

1 cup uncooked oats
1 banana
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup dried cranberries
2 fishoil caps
1 scoop Low-Carb Grow!

Currently Preparing:

1 Chicken Breast
2 Cups Brocolli
.5 Pack Frozen Spinach
2oz Walnuts
1 Apple
1 Nectarine
2 Fish Oil Caps

May throw in some Oatmeal or a Sweet Potato

(I’ve got 4 tubs of it left before I switched exclusively to Low-Carb Grow! and Udo’s Choice / Fish Oil.)

Finishing up now:

ground beef
3 eggs
cheddar cheese

Cook in a skillet and serve over rice, with some salt to taste. Yum, yum!
