You should avoid carbonated drinks as much as possible.

Seriously, people need to drink more tea. It’s the same as water, only there are antioxidants and flavanols (that’s a good thing).

You could get some v8. They have a low sodium version, but I think either is fine because the normal version has just as much potassium as sodium. It has less carbs and a little fiber so I doubt it will raise insulin much.
