Just so no one is confused you are supposed to superset the warm ups as well as the heavy work. I think it’s either leviathan, Black Army Jacket, or spinal tap 5s pro that also has you superset all sets but with more variety.
I’m with badger though I like to keep the heavy work by its self and be explosive af
