What Time of Day are You the Leanest?

Ahh… so no easy way out,

and it does seem that in the morning due to dehydration that you look leaner!

so I guess if you are going to the beach then maybe a few hours of no food and dehydration might make you look better???

me too, I look flat. Is this because of carbs depletion??

I don’t know if my muscles look bigger or smaller, but after ive say done a 10km powerwalk,

my abs seem to be more defined, I just assumed it was due to fluid loss, as I also weigh about 1-1.5kg less,

For me it’s at the end of a day of extreme low-carbing (which I don’t often do).
