That’s ok, I was serious.
Because Ultram mimics an opioid, aside from killing pain the side effects are outstanding. It will boost your energy level as well as increase your libido - shit makes me horny as hell and I can go all night. However, individuals are effected differently, some people claims it makes them tired. Personally I can’t sleep until at least 6 hours after administration, but then I crash hard.
You said you were grumpy, short tempered and tired all the time. Those symptoms and every other one you listed are symptoms of depression. I’ve been depressed and for me it was basically how you’re describing your situation.
But regardless of what heading you want to label all of your symptoms under, can you suspect why this began?
(i haven’t read all the intervening pages of this thread so i might be missing some things)
symptoms summary:
grumpy
no focus
short tempered
lack of sex drive
sudden starting of sleep walking
sleeping for 8-10 hours and still wreaked
no idea how it started… i just began getting tired during the last few days of uni and then i moved home and it continued.
got tests and stuf done at the docs for lukiema, diabetites, anema, some other stuff and testostorone levels.
lol… i had a few drinks at the festival dont worry.
just back from belgium, got my test results, im clear for lukiema, diabeties, anema etc etc…
doc reckons its a sleep disorder, has told me to use a mempry foam pillow for the next few weeks and then report back.
so ill see how that goes
the guys at the festival said i snored a ridiculous amount but it was like short 5 mins bursts then id cough and wake up… then it wouls all happen again. so i think i could have sleep aphnoe.

also try sleeping on your side or belly
I dont snore as much on my stomach.
keep doin what your doing when you loose the weight I suspect your problem will be gone.
