What would you keep it at if you didn’t have to pay the electric bill?
What do you consider the ‘normal’ temperature for indoors?
What would be too hot to live comfortable?
What would be to cold?
Keep it at 85 day, 79 night. I’d keep it at 70 if I could. In Texas, normal seems to be around 50 degrees in the summer for most indoor businesses. 80 gets a little warm to be comfortable, but there are summer days where it doesn’t matter how cold you keep it inside, it’s just too hot to live. Much below 70 gets a little chilly.
What temperature do you keep your house at?
77 in summer, 70-73 in winter (or as cool as the wife will allow)
What would you keep it at if you didn’t have to pay the electric bill?
I don’t think it would change but maybe 1-2 degrees. I have a very efficient house (new), the same electric bill as my neighbors (old) but with three times the size.
What do you consider the ‘normal’ temperature for indoors?
I have heard 72 but normal is always relevant.
What would be too hot to live comfortable?
For me the cooler it is at night the better I breathe and sleep but it is no fun to wake up in the middle of the night(or morning) to a cold ass house. My mother and father cut their heat down to ~60 in the winter and I always sleep very good over there.

Nothing! That is for me, my wife anything under 70.

62 when we are out or sleeping
68 while we are home and awake
What would you keep it at if you didn’t have to pay the electric bill?
Warm enough to hang out in shorts and a tank top
What do you consider the ‘normal’ temperature for indoors?
one were I do not sweat sitting still (Under 78 in work cloths)
What would be too hot to live comfortable?
Where I’m too lethargic to get my fuckin on
What would be to cold?
If I needed gloves to take a piss to not scare myself.
Spot fucking on. I dislike being too hot much more then I dislike being too cold. Hell, even here in Co in the winter me and my wife sleep with the window open at night and the fan on unless an arctic front has blow in. Then we turn the fan off.

I don’t know much about the Maryland weather, but we had 100 straight days of 90+ degree heat here this summer. Over 60 of those were over 100. I think it becomes a little relative…

i need like 73 or 74 to feel comfortable.
85 and i’d pass out
Well I guess I should have said 85 day = not home. If I’m fully clothed at home it needs to be 80 or below.

we had a mild summer, but it’s not unusual to have a short span of 100* days (with humidity), which is a bitch btw
What temperature do you keep your house at?
i try to keep it between 14 and 18 degrees Celsius. (56-64 Fahrenheit)
What would you keep it at if you didn’t have to pay the electric bill?
electric bill is included in the rent, so i can use as much as i want with out having to pay more. The answer to this question is the same as above.
What do you consider the ‘normal’ temperature for indoors?
Normal up here is about 73 Fahrenheit
What would be too hot to live comfortable?
anything above 68 Fahrenheit is torture for me. During the summer i have serious problems sleeping some night. can get as hot as 90 Fahrenheit
What would be to cold?
Well i am used to the cold. We get anything from -25 to -55 during the winter.
I usually turn the heater up if it creeps below 55.

Summer Day Time: 78 F
Summer Night Time: 70 F
Winterish Time of year: I don’t even turn on the A/C or heater I just open up all the windows and door to let that cool/cold air in.

Did y’all break the record for consecutive 100+ degree days? I used to live in the hill country and summers out there are a bitch.
When it’s cold out, I set the heat to 71, when it’s hot out I set the ac to 68.
If I didn’t have to pay, I’d set the heat to 75+ when it’s cold (I swear it’s no where near that temp anywhere in the house but the thermometer) and probably around 65 in the summer (the air is on probably 80% of the time when it’s set to 68 as it is).
I’ve been talking to my wife about getting new, insulated windows and having testing done for hot/cold spots and getting the house better insulated.
