In the summer I prefer 65, but with roommates I keep it at 68.
Winter 70, sometimes cooler at night.
I can’t sleep when it’s above 69*, takes me longer to fall asleep
anything below 65 can be too cold, but no lower than 62. I can always put on sweats.
Above 70* is unbearable to me.

Keep it at 85 day, 79 night. I’d keep it at 70 if I could. In Texas, normal seems to be around 50 degrees in the summer for most indoor businesses. 80 gets a little warm to be comfortable, but there are summer days where it doesn’t matter how cold you keep it inside, it’s just too hot to live. Much below 70 gets a little chilly.

For me the cooler it is at night the better I breathe and sleep but it is no fun to wake up in the middle of the night(or morning) to a cold ass house. My mother and father cut their heat down to ~60 in the winter and I always sleep very good over there.

Spot fucking on. I dislike being too hot much more then I dislike being too cold. Hell, even here in Co in the winter me and my wife sleep with the window open at night and the fan on unless an arctic front has blow in. Then we turn the fan off.

Well I guess I should have said 85 day = not home. If I’m fully clothed at home it needs to be 80 or below.

Winterish Time of year: I don’t even turn on the A/C or heater I just open up all the windows and door to let that cool/cold air in.

Did y’all break the record for consecutive 100+ degree days? I used to live in the hill country and summers out there are a bitch.
When it’s cold out, I set the heat to 71, when it’s hot out I set the ac to 68.
If I didn’t have to pay, I’d set the heat to 75+ when it’s cold (I swear it’s no where near that temp anywhere in the house but the thermometer) and probably around 65 in the summer (the air is on probably 80% of the time when it’s set to 68 as it is).
I’ve been talking to my wife about getting new, insulated windows and having testing done for hot/cold spots and getting the house better insulated.
Summer: 73
