What Supps Would be Good for Me?

I was wondering what supplements would be good for me, I’m trying to lose alot of weight and gain a decent amount of muscle

I already use whey protein but I see Creatine,glutamine, BCAA’s( the whey protein has 7g per glass already) fish oil mention alot.

what would you guys\girls suggest if anything?

What are you using for PWO carbs?
Maybe look at some dex or WMS
