What Supps To Take.
n3wb wrote:What I was initialy trying to get acros is none of these supps are needed and people were strong as hell and big as hell long before these sups came out. So when people ask what they should be takeing I try my best to give them a new perspective on them.

Hope this is more understandable.

Okay, I just saw where your profile lists your age at 16 years. This helps me understand your point of view. At your age, I wouldn’t recommend any supplements. And, just as you mentioned, supplements are not required.

However, there are those of use who have reached physical maturity and have been doing this for many years and have found that responsible use of the right supplements can make a difference especially when you have greater responsibilities in life such as a career and family.

People also got to where they were going by covered wagon, but I’m sure as hell happy someone invented the car.

It sounds like you are angry because you perceive this site is telling people only Biotest products will work. That isn’t the case. Of course Biotest is going to push their products, as others have stated it’s their right on their site and needed to keep this great site operating and growing. But, you know what the great thing about that is? They are great, high quality, premium, products that give great results you just have to use them to find out.

As far as the Velocity diet goes if you felt the message was biased towards Biotest products and something precludes you from getting them whether that is budget, preference, or something else. Substitute whatever products you can get your hands on and see if the diet works for you. That is what I would do instead of implying they are being deceptive.

Ok thats your choice, but I highly doubt they did it because they knew it would work. Because I can write a program in the next 5 minutes involveing whole food and a different brand name of supps wich will no doubt be just as effective as the velocity diet.

I’m calling BS on that statement.

n3wb, the whole beauty of the V-Diet is ease of execution.

No thinking, no measuring…just scoop, mix and drink.

There is just no way a whole food diet using the exact macros of the V-Diet could be executed with ease and simplicity the way the V-Diet does it.

It’s for people that want ease of preparation and simplicity with all the nutrients they need to lose fat and retain muscle. That just isn’t the case with a whole food diet. Measuring, preparation, storage. Those are all factors that have room for error. The V-Diet is just purely simple and effective.
True the V diet is very simple.

Thats a good example, a little extreme but good.

One last time just for the hell of it. Im not saying Biotest products are shit or dont work. They are just not as good as they sound.

Almost no supplements are as good as they sound. I doubt there will ever be a day when some one has a great sup and cant think of some of a way to explain how well it works.

Who is the guy in your avatar? Jesus…

SO back to the subject, Is the V diet what I’m looking for?

Only if you are ‘only’ using Biotest products! (j/k) Dude, you want to lose fat, right? V-diet, B-diet, or C-diet, pick one and get moving. The most effective supps, I would recommend are, again, HOT-ROX Extreme, and Flameout, BCAA’s to help retain muscle while restricting calories, Metabolic Drive Low-Carb.

Good luck,

I’ll echo most of that, any diet will work provided you are giving your body new stimulus to adapt to. Frequent protein and some post workout sugar will help prevent excessive catabolism, and again, from my own personal experience, I think I actually put some muscle on while using HOT-ROX, so yeah, I don’t think they’re a bad idea, albeit not necessary.
