What Supps Do I Need? HELP!

I am looking to purchase some supplements but after reading about all the stuff the T-Nation Store has to offer I am confused as to what I need.
I have been on whey protein and mono creatine. The gains have been good and steady for months. I am ready to really go all out. My goal as is most people’s is to be big and strong.
What do I need to get Surge and Flameout are definite. Where I am unsure is can I take BCAA, Alpha Male and REZ-V all at once Along with the Surge and Flameout or do any of those conflict or give me a double dose or something.
What is the best combination of any or all of these supplements?

If you’re relatively new to supplementation, it doesn’t make sense to begin using all of these products at once. I’d start with Surge Recovery and Flameout, and add REZ-V and Alpha Male a month later.

I agree with Mod Brian.

It can be tempting to jump on the supp bandwagon and try everything in sight, but if you’ve been making gains with hard work, whey and creatine, you should continue to do so with fewer supplements.

Actually I think all the supplements you mentioned should be ok to take at the same time, but starting to take them all at the same time now wouldn’t give you an accurate feeling of how they affect your body.

You’ve read the articles for each one, you know what to expect, now enjoy the next few months while you experiment by adding them to your program one by one (or two and two?), and deciding whether or not they suit you :slight_smile:
