What Stereotypes Do You Avoid?

HH, shouldn’t you be out buying vibrators for your daughter?
I would but you bought out all the supply…used ‘em in your many boyfriends’ asses then, instead of cleaning them, licked them ‘clean’. How unsanitary!

You are one sick human being. I have no doubt your personal life is pure “paradise”.
Sick human being? You wouldn’t know a rational person if you met one, and especially when you look in the mirror.

My personal life is great: wonderful wife of 20 years, 3 great kids, wife inherited a shitload of money and a huge house. My older boy just got a 34 on the ACT, putting him in the top 1% of test takers. Yeah, it is paradise.

Well, Prof, its my hope that ASAP we can get rid of any and all excuses for racism. I think that a black man being clean cut and upright, dressing nicely, would help to undermine the stereotypes that many white people have of black people. And sure, I understand that you don’t want to dress or act a certain way for others. Your life belongs to you and the good is to live it.

I am undecided as to whether this was supposed to be a serious post. If it was indeed serious, that is one of the most racist and undermining things I’ve read on this site. If this is your idea of provoking thought, it’s in very poor taste. Why should any race of people change the way they want to look so that others are more comfortable?

That is his usual crap.

That is one reason I avoid the political forum of late. No one calls him out on it, or if they do, it is a very rare occurance.

Mind you, he is supposed to be a teacher…of little kids.

It’s just too tiring to keep pulling him up.His incessant deluge of racism, bigotry, mysoginism and general insanity just wears one down.

It’s funny, though. Sort of. Half of it’s fake.

Seriously? You’re a teacher and this is your level of maturity?

If I ever happen to find out what city you teach in (assuming you actually teach), I’ll make it a point to print some of this stuff out and take it to your administrators.

You shouldn’t be allowed near children.

My goal is to become indifferent to superficial things used to stereotype others such as the way one dresses. Seriously, who the fuck cares? I’ve met my share of nice guys whose dress deviates extremely from the norm, and I’ve met assholes whose dress fits the model of upstanding citizens of a community. It’s really a non-issue, and being judgmental towards others’ aspirations or occupations(if they don’t negatively affect you) is as well.

I am shocked. Another thread with race in it? I am relieved.
