What Should I Do?

I don’t think these indicate hypothyroidism. Even if there was a very slight subclinical hypothyroidism, how could it cause the complete impotence and lack of libido I suffer from right now?

I wish you could read more about adrenal fatigue. I posted about it in some of the stickies try to read about it. I’ve seen a lot of guys returning their libido, Erectile function, they have their energy back, better orgams etc. Try to read about it. Maybe its your problem.

i have ordered ‘‘Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome’’ by James Wilson. Any idea of another book I should order for a better knowledge of this topic?

I’m not sure how much this idea of try to avoid stress could work. But I do know that a lot of people on Hydrocortisone is doing very well

The funny thing is I am the less stressed guy I know. I will read this book anyway.

I have aches in my testicules all the time. What could it mean?

try to look to your adrenal fatigue first. Treating it can make your whole body better. I don’t know go to a doctor and ask him

How long has that been going on? Underwear too tight?

Since 2 months. I have had problems with impotence since 2 years and libido since forever. I don’t wear underwear that are too tight.

I have seen 2 urologist and everything seems normal to them.

Urologists typically are the worst for hormone issues.

You may be able to google more.

See the ‘finding a TRT doc’ sticky for suggestions on using Google Earth.

Google seems to have a language barrier, perhaps you can use French search terms.

Thanks. I will update this thread when something new happens. I see an endo specialised in male hormones in 2months and she will have new tests. In two weeks I will see with a pro bodybuilder turned naturopath if it is pertinent to try the arimidex I just received.

I don’t know if you have noticed from other posts here… most endo’s are rather useless for these issues. Your appointment sounds hopeful.

Do you watch pornography? B/c that causes E.D in a lot of guys and quitting it for a month or so should fix that problem. Watching porn makes it harder for you to get an erection since pornography trains your brain to get turned on from the hypersexualized images porn depicts. Taking a good break from it will allow your brain to “reboot” and then you should be able to get an erection from sex again. Also jerking off a lot lowers testosterone.

Yeah I have looked at this also. I haven’t looked at porn for a good year and I don’t jerk off anymore. I masturbated maybe 10 times last year, 3-4 times to porn.

As a teen I think I masturbated more than the average guy. I used to think last year that was the problem, but now that I am not getting better I think I might be fucked up forever. My problem might be caused by the past porn use and the lower natural T level. But why do my testicules aches?

As soon as the endo tells me she won’t put me on TRT (which I would understand because I don’t look hypogonadal at all and I am young) I will do a cycle to see what it does. If I still don’t have any libido and erection…I don’t know. I’ll label myself as an hetero-romantic instead of heterosexual and go on with my life.
