one answer. eat more. if you say you’re eating a lot right now…eat more. i’d join something like my-calorie-counter.com so you can keep track on what you’re eating. are you taking suppliments?
On top of the obvious answer of food that everyone is telling you I would consider getting a weight-gainer powder for post workout. I use bio-plex whey-in weight gainer. 600 cals, 80 carbs 40 protein. Exactly what I need for bulking.
And if you aren’t supplementing yet, get to it!
Weigh your self every day, try and eat something every two hours, and what ever you do, do not go mad with your portions if you try to eat a mammoth meal every two hours you will surly fail. Build it up gradually your body will get used to it and as soon as the scales start to go up you know your on the right track. Also look at what you are eating only eat the essentials don?t each crap that?s just going to fill you up go for high protein and quality carbs? remember just start of eating small portions so your still hungry even after you have eaten and just build on that.

What tanning bed do you go into to get huge? Does steroid rays shoot into your skin instead of UV rays?
Deadlifts, squats, rack pulls, a gallon of milk, chicken, turkey, eggs, beef, oatmeal, veggies, whey, cheese, and a shit ton of it!
