What Program Should Someone Follow for Arms?

Okay. What is the basic forms name then?

There is no basic form of 5/3/1. That is what I just wrote. No one 5/3/1 program is the basic one.

We use more ATP than ADP actually. That is because ATP is a stronger fuel than ADP. (Kinda rocket fuel vs gasoline, but not as drastic). We will always use ATP first, then move to the next fuel source.

I don’t really understand why you said you weren’t making progress if you were.

I also don’t get if you started making all this super fast progress why you aren’t sharing videos or log. I’d have thought you’d be proud of what you’ve done but instead you actively avoid it.

You gotta look at it from my perspective kid. I have a guy who has squatted 1000lbs, has sold countless books and has made countless people strong.

Then I got a kid who won’t show any of what he’s achieved and posts opinions of guys with a dog in the fight as “facts and evidence”.

Do you see why you’re coming across as a charlatan?

I am talking about the most popularized one. It is most commonly called “5/3/1”.

The most popular one is probably BBB. Do you mean BBB?

I don’t believe that I ever said that I wasn’t making progress. And this was years ago when I ran it. I made this account yesterday.

This is the first result when I googled “5/3/1,” aside from google thinking I was doing math. This is the popularized version that was given the name “5/3/1.”

I don’t care if he has sold books and has results. That doesn’t mean that there is a better version. Saying that what I just said isn’t true is just like saying 5/3/1 is perfect. If that is the case, then why have I shown why there are flaws?

That ia not anything released by Jim Wendler. Why not follow his advice on how to run his program?

If you are talking about the t-nation article, that one alone has 3 different programs in it (BBB, triumvirate and “jack shit”) and the article itself wasn’t written by Jim

Did you really not read the book before running the program?

It was written by Jim. The article was too. It is verified at the top.

Oh, and I won’t follow that program for a few reasons. That program is obviously not optimal, I am a bodybuilder and this isn’t aimed for that, it lacks volume, there is a light relative load, a template for everybidy will never be as good as a program that fits your specific needs, I already did several years ago, and I enjoy what I am running now.

SMDH
You wait, in roughly 10 mins he is going to bust out the ol’ " ARX IS THE WAY OF THE FUTURE, IF YOU WARM UP AND STRETCH YOURE A PATHETIC LIFE FORM"

Damn i miss that guy

There comes a point in these threads where you’d think they’d realize “hey, maybe there’s a slight chance I don’t know what I’m talking about,” but we never seem to get there.

Okay, you had proof of it, so I will retract that statement. Then I didn’t realize that there was a book at the time. It was years ago towards the begining of my lifting career, but not the early stages. It was after I learned where I was at for my lifts that I started it.

If only we could find the answer:

You can imagine the confusion that exisits when you speak about a program you have never actually run.
