What Other Supps Do You Use On Cycle?

From what I’ve gathered it’s best to stay away from pre workout drinks, because of to many stims, and it can create high blood pressure. I’ve always used a pre workout, so I guess it’s time to stop using it while doing my first cycle.

I currently take, multi vitamin, fish oil, vitamin D, and Co Q-10. I also use 5 grams of creatine a day. I’ve heard mixed reviews on using that during a cycle.

I did buy a blood pressure monitor so I can keep an eye on that. It’s been at 115/58 while resting and after some light cardio it was 110/59.

Thank you everyone for the help you may provide.

I don’t waste money on supps man seriously. I just cant justify spending $60 plus on extra shit that is essentially useless.

Pre Workout:
Coffee and 50mg of Test Suspension 45mins before training. This works better than anything I have bought and with 4 sessions a week 1 10ml vial of TNE goes 5 weeks long. That costs about $40-50 for a vial that’s only $8-10 a week. Hard to beat.

Multi VItamin I strongly feel is only needed if your diet is lacking. Just eat plenty and a variety and your good.

After that I do use a fish oil and liver support.

Yeah, I figured most guys on gear would only focus on supplements to keep them healthy instead of stuff aimed towards performance or hormonal optimization since their effect pales in comparison to AAS.

What about creatine? One of the few supplements that have worked for me but I was wondering myself if I should be running that on cycle. I would think with the extra water retention from like a test dbol cycle like the one I am on could make you puffy. I think I may stop the creatine and use it for a kickstart during pct.

Creatine, arginine, fish oil, glucosamine, caffeine and ephedrine pre w.o. About to pitch the arginine in favor of taladafil for a vaso dilator.

I too was also thinking about stopping the creatine while on cycle and start using it again during pct. I normally do 5g a day, but heard some doing 10g a day after a cycle.

Creatine is even better on gear. It reduces myostatin so allows you to remain more sensitive to gear longer. Also when you’re off helps you to resensitize faster.

pitch the arginine in favor of L-Citrulline. believe me on this.

use a 3000-4000mg dose, usually two small scoops. it takes mine about 25 minutes to kick in, then i feel like i can squat three hours ormore. you will see a definite difference on leg day or dead lift day.

you can find citrulline at a lot of places but get it in tub in powder form. it should taste very tart, citric like. search for 500 grams $39.99 and buy the generic.

tadalafil is good also but there are so many research chemical companies that under dose.

i used to get mine at mpresearch but they are out of business. they always dosed high and had lowest price for tada. “great” usually has high dose of everything although their tadalafil didn’t match mpresearch levels.

check the “NO more heart disease” book out at your library. the author/doc received the nobel prize for his discovery of the relationship of arginine & citrulline in opening your arteries. back then he was convinced you had to use both, but since then more research has shown citrulline alone to convert just as well into nitric oxide.

also eventually led others to patent viagra and cialis from his research. he missed the boat on that.

that’s my .02

How long does that tub of citrulline last? I like the idea of heart health, I certainly could use it considering I’ve yet to kick cigarettes. I’m not too concerned about any endurance boost or I’d roll with beta-alanine which I used to take consistently; I’m really just going for pumps.

Pre W.O. insulin is a one way ticket to pumpsville for sure but I’m not sold that I want to use that on the regular, or consume the carbs to make it worth it especially while dieting.

I’ll admit the arginine has been lackluster… its just kind of a vestigal remnant from my beginner days when I dissected the compounds of my preworkout and started buying basic.

Also I feel like my taladafil is decently dosed, but I feel like it might be a bit of a waste… however walking around with a somewhat hard dick is a bonus. It kinda feels right.

What’s the difference between l-citruline and citruline malate?

I honestly think they serve the same purpose, much like L-Arginine and Arginine-AKG, one just may do it better or faster.

I have heard Arginine mentioned several times in several forums. Can someone please elaborate on what it actual does and the correct dosage. I have gathered it opens up the vesells a bit?

Does anybody cycle creatine for optimal kidney health or does everyone think it doesn’t stress them that much at 5mg a day?

good thread I am learning about arginine, although honestly besides protein, creatine, and a few others you should be able to get everything you need from diet training and rest. The supplement market is such a gimmick and your money is better spent else ware. That being if a natural legal product helps I am always down for an open mind, but remain skeptical until proven by science or my body lol!

i use about a 4 gram scoop so it would last for 125 servings. i usually only use it on squat or dead lift days so it lasts me a good amount of time.

… citrulline malate is actually what i get

citrulline stimulates energy, boosts the immune system, is metabolized to form L-Arginine.

citrulline Malate works by powering ATP (the energy molecule that fuels muscle) production and by eliminating performance inhibiting metabolic toxins such as lactic acid and ammonia from the blood.

malate conditions the recycling of lactate and pyruvate and is part of the Krebs cycle and can supply instant and sustained energy.

google citrulline malate 500 grams $39.99 - that’s about as good a price as you will find.
