Any Point Using Supplements On Cycle?

Not talking about the base supplements like protein, fish oil,multi-vitamin,ect. I’m talking about creatine,BCAA’s and the like. With all the anabolics in your system on cycle would this really make a difference? Just a thought looking back on the supplemnt industry that pretty much didn’t exist until roids were made illegal and people were looking for legal performance enhancers.

If you have the money, time and energy… In a PERFECT world, yeah, you could do it. Look at the “pro’s”. But then again they’re sponsored and get the shit for free. Who knows if they even really use all that stuff. I don’t think it would hurt if they did but they probably just chuckle to themselves as the load a 5mL syringe to the top with designer cocktails.

Seriously, IF you have/had the money. Go price all that shit out for a 2 month supply of ALL the whip cream, sprinkles and cherry on top supplements. You’re going to need some real cash. I don’t think it would hurt anything to have all that stuff, it’s just little extra tweeks, unless you’re training to enter a competition though I wouldn’t worry about it.

I honestly don’t see a point. Hell depending on what your getting on a month to month basis you could wind up paying more for the “supps” than you would the entire cycle. Personally if you have 2-3 hundred extra dollars for 2-3 months worth of so called supplements why not just use half that and buy alittle extra gear for a harder hit that actually works.

Pretty much what I figured. You can run 500mg test, an oral, a AI and pct for 8 weeks for what 1 month of supplements. Honestly had know idea how cheap roids were compared to supps until really started looking into it. Wish I would have spent most of the money I did on worthless supps on real cycles all those years.

i agree with you guys. if you can afford it go for it, but as long as you got you mass gainer, fish oil, bcaa, and the basics you’re good to go.

creatine never did shit for me anyway so…

Just the basics for me, occasionally ill take a Pre workout if I’m tired and need a boost

Taking BCAAs, creatine+beta alanine make a huge difference when used properly. A handful of BCAAs pre-workout with creatine+beta alanine makes a huge diff energy wise and recovery a mult, heavy dose vit C, fish oil, and as many protein shakes as you can handle between meals, pre-workout, and right before bed.

Some people are non responders to creatine.

If you shop around you can get good bulk prices on protein, BCAAs, creatine, Vit C, and fish oil. But if money is tight yea I know plenty of natural guys with decent genetics who make gains just stuffing their face and training hard. If you got the money to play with I say its worth it, I think the juice probably allows you to take more advantage of the BCAAs and protein than natural folks.

No dude food is yoyr friend, use all that stuff after yoy get off.

roids are waaaaay cheaper

60 Euros for protein??? Holy crap there better be cocaine in that tub!

Shop Wal-Mart, they have creatine and whey starting at $14.98 for a 30 day supply. They have more expensive stuff too but I noticed no beneficial increase using the expensive stuff.

Whole foods are best. Add different meats, fish and poultry so as to get a well rounded blend of amino acids, not just from one or two sources. Eat lots of broccoli, spinach, red & green peppers, mushrooms and sweet potatoes…

And be in bed by 10:00 pm. My wife always said if I wasn’t in bed by 10:00 pm to come on home.

my thoughts would be when im using im trying to use any and everything i can to be the size or look i want. i always, wether on or off use protein shakes and a post workout shake, and BCAA’s. but thats it.

2 shakes per day plus a PWO shake. BCAA’s during WO and during/before cardio.
