As suggested in your own thread, go back to BB.com
…to the OP, keep up the great work.
Good physique, add on lean mass but you look proportional. Legs look good for somebody who has been training them seriously for only 6 months.
EDIT: Looking at your back shots, I feel like they aren’t as dense as your front. Do you deadlift, I hope?

It doesn’t look like it to be honest. If you do, then try working it in more and heavier, it will pack the meat on your back better than just about anything.
You have a solid base, good arms, chest legs and all… But is it just me or his lats are narrow? Have you been giving much tlc to your back?
For a lat spread, i think 1.5 years of solid training, your back should be wider… but i’m just judging from my own experience and i may be wrong.
never the less, good work! I really like your arms.
I can’t believe the quality of responses that I have gotten here. I am an occasional poster on bb.com, which I feel is just full of ‘armchair’ bodybuilders.

You’re not a tragic ectomorph. I don’t feel the need to write Squats & Milk in all caps.
You should not diet down to see those last 2 abs. Right now you’re at a good bodyfat% for putting on muscle. You’ve already got a 6-pack. You might not genetically have an 8 pack. Not everyone has an 8 pack under their flab. Look at Pro Bodybuilders. Some have 6 and some have 8. They all have sub 6% bodyfat at contest.
Want to hit all the parts of your Quad? Use Wide Stance, Powerlifting-Style Squats and Box-Squats to put mass on your legs. Then use Step-ups, Back Lunges, and Split Squats instead of the Leg Extension.
If you aren’t doing Heavy Barbell and Dumbbell Rows, that’s why you’re not pleased with your back development. What’s heavy?
1.5X Bodyweight.

Thanks for the detailed response.
I will definitely start incorporating some of those quad exercises you mentioned.
I do barbell and dumbbell rows, but not consistently. I will put together a proper deadlift+rows program to get my back into shape.

in my opinion, you have a pretty optimal physique…
do you mind posting your workout and diet?
Sure…
9:30 - Wake, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, Mug of Green Tea
10:00 - Moderate to HIIT Cardio if an off day.
11:15 - Can of tuna, (1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil/Flax)
2:00 - Steak and eggs or (equivalent Protein Meal), Veggies
6:00 - Can of Tuna or (equivalent Protein Meal), 1/2 cup oats, (500 mg Sesamin, 3000 mg Fishoil/Flax)
7:45 - White Flood if I’m feeling lazy lol
8:00 - Workout, Purple Wraath and 1 Scoop Whey sipped throughout. Post: 1.5 Scoops Whey with 30g Dextrose/Maltodextrin
10:15 - Post Workout Shake (40g protein, 40g Carbs)
2:00 AM - 250 gram Cottage Cheese, Glass of Milk, 3000mg Fish Oil. Bedtime
My workouts are pretty standard and aren’t really anything you wouldn’t find on any decent article on this site. I do try to go ‘balls to the wall’ though in terms of intensity. I keep rest time pretty low and try not to talk to anyone. Also, I mix up my rep range and order of exercises every few workouts. And I try new exercises all the time to keep the muscles guessing.

I think you are a little too hard on yourself. You’ve definitely got a solid base. Like the others said – add on a few pounds of lean body mass and you’ll be looking great. Also, your quads look to be up to par with the rest of your build.
Cheers. Want massive legs though.

The photo of you in the sun shows a pretty proportional build, which is a definite plus. It’s the best pic for me, so it’s what I’m going to be basing my thoughts on. The rest of the photos need a bit of work with posing, and I’m not a bb’er, so take my .02 as you will.
Pros—Proportional, very lean, symmetrical abs. Seem to have a small-ish waist.
Cons–need more mass!! That will solve a lot of your problems. I think shoulders need some work on width, but could be the pics/posing. I think you need more thickness in the back (but as I said overall mass will help that). Need wider lats–accentuate the waist taper. Need hamstrings–I haven’t seen them, but I can guarantee they’re weak.
So, shoulders, back, lats, hamstrings, IMO. Biceps are easy to bring back up after lots of heavy rows and chins (which will also help out with biceps a bit anyway)
I would not suggest cutting anymore to see about your lower abs, simply because you seem to already know pretty well that the last divider ain’t there. I would suggest putting on mass.
True, my posing could use a lot of work. These pics were taken as an after thought at a local park. Will make the next ones better.
Yes my hammies are one of my weakest points! Good call.
It’s settled, I am going for more mass. I will let my bodyfat go up another 2% or so in the process.
Just out of curiousity, how much do you weigh? How tall are you? What’s your body fat?
I’d say over all it looks real good.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, you look pretty good. You’ve done a solid job so far, and you are young, so you have nowhere to go but up.
And like everyone else said, you need more overall mass, but you definitely are heading in the right direction.
Would like to see what your diet and training are like.
Thanks mate.

Interesting point you raise. I prefer MILFs!

I do deadlift whenever I can. I find that after squats my legs are rooted for a week. I can’t really see how people fit in deads+squats+rows+chest into a weekly routine without their central nervous system giving up. Maybe I just heal more slowly after a workout than other people.

Thanks a lot. I am 82kg (times by 2.2 for pounds), 1.8m (5’11). I don’t know what my bf is. 10%?

haha yes, yes… TLC tender love & care… oops, i mean tough love and care! beat it real hard.
Nice overall developpement!
The fact that you have a low % bodyfat make you look way bigger… wich lot of people don’t seem to understand (creating illusion)
I’ll work a bit on the delt. try handstand push-up, it does wonder to your delt
also, I just noticed your quads need work. You sure have the bottom part of the quad (teardrop area) but your upper/middle quads look like they need work.
What’s your leg workout look like anyway?
Sick man! Great proportions.
Hope this doesn’t sound naive, but for upper body I really think the traps - nobody mentioned this? - are the weakest, then chest is a little small but only in relation to everything else. Arms and even abs are badass.
You can compete bro, for sure. Great motivation for me…thanks for posting!
