What needs improvement to have a good shot at winning a natural bodybuilding competition?

Maybe that is caused by one leg shorter than the other. If that is the source of the problem, a shoe insert could improve that.

You should try getting that diagnosed by a professional who works with athletes if you can.

Volume is vaulted brother… Intensity > Volume. Reduce that and see immediate progress

You’re in good quality, mate, but, for a show is hard to tell. I’m think you’re probably 5 weeks out… you need more definition on the quads and the core… If you are natural - and I believe - it’s harder to get on competitive shape… maybe you’ll loss a lot of lean mass to cutdown more fat… like i said… its hard to maintein musclemass on precontest naturaly…

Thank you, I appreciate your advice. I was hoping I didn’t need more than 4 more weeks of dieting because like you said it’s hard to keep the muscle mass when you get deeper into a cut. I’m a lot more than 5 weeks out right now as I went on a 4 month bulk. Started cutting two weeks ago so I’ll post some new photos soon. Maybe you guys can tell me if I have more time or need to cut harder. I need to be ready by September.

This is probably not a good comparison because of my increased fat. Feet are closer, but harder to activate my quads.

How many weeks out now?

All my hamstring lifts have gone up. I’m thinking I made gains, but have a hard time flexing my hams and upper body at the same time.

Here’s the update. Down to 169 lbs. How many more pounds of fat needs to come off to get the hams and glutes peeled?
