What Kind of Milk do You Drink?

i am lactose intolarant like a mofo - so when i discovered lactaid i began drinking a gallon a day , see were that gets me.any negative info on lactaid i should know about?

I drink all different milk all the time. I have a gallon of fat free, 2%, and whole milk in my fridge at all times.

fat free for my morning and post workout shake so not add fats to slow digestion. whole for the rest of the day to get the fats and other nutrition I need. 2% for if I’m feeling pretty carb loaded all ready or don’t need the extra.

I joined a food buying club I found through the Weston A. Price foundation for the sole purpose of getting raw milk. I get a half gallon glass bottle of raw, organic, unpasturized, unhomogenized grass-fed whole milk for $5.50 (that includes a $2.50 deposit for the bottle so it really ends up being $3). I can get it in plastic for $2.95 or a gallon in plastic for $5.25 but I figure it’s worth the extra spare change to avoid the plastics and the toxins they can leech out.

HOOD Calorie Countdown, Chocolate.

Whole Milk or 2%.

Raw Grassfed if I have the money. Shit this stuff is expensive. Its like 16.50 for a gallon in Canadia.

I’m pretty sure the carb content is the same across the different milks (skim, 2%, whole).

Lactaid or Goat’s milk.

Lactose intolerant but I love the flavor and texture of milk.

Whole milk all the way, baby!

It is worse than getting rickrolled.[/quote]

Haha, you got niprolled :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, most of you guys seem to be pretty into raw milk. What are your thoughts about colostrum? For those of you who’re not farmkids, it’s the milk the days after the cow gets a baby. It’s much higher in nutrients, so much proteins that if you heat it it goes stale, pretty much like a eggpie kinda thing.

And, can you acquire an intolerance for lactose by drinking too much milk?

milk is for babbies. when you get old you have to drink beer.
jk

1% all the way

Goat’s milk in chai tea is fantastical.

half and half…

damn it’s good
