grip is my best “gift”. i think everyone has a lift or 2 thats best, and exeryone has a best bodypart or 2.
grip is something that just comes naturally to me. i actually posted in the strongman forum wondering what the world record is for farmers walk. i beat my previous PR of 450 perhand today and went with 500 per hand. no belt. just chalk.i set up the handles on blocks to take the deadlift out of it and just focused on the walk and grip. my legs/body buckeled and my hands were still strong. i havent trained grip specifically in over a year.
