Does anyone have any experience or scientific based opinion with the use of TS-65 to lengthen telemere? Is the product pragmatically effective, or just a subtle benefit at lengthening telemere?
It is rather pricey to go all in. It might be a significant component to slowing sarcopenia. So I am interested.
I was really hoping someone on T-Nation would have some insight into TA-65.
It appears to just be a specialized astragalus root extract, which has mixed reviews and science, but is popular in Eastern and Ayurvedic medicine.
If you want to give it a try, go ahead, but Iād find a different brand. $100+ for 30 caps when taking 1-4 caps a day is just dumb.
