178 81 kg/ 5’10 180 lbs 23M
Want to get down to around %15. How many kgs will I need to lose?
Can you take photo holding a mens training show, preferable size US11.
Who cares. These are just numbers. Start dieting and training and stop dieting and bring food back up when you achieve a look that you like.
Probably need to lose 25lbs, but then you will just be skin and bones. Will you start lifting weights?
Why? I don’t understand
I already lift weights…
Old joke on here. There is no way any one can tell you your fat % from a photo. You look like you have done little to no exercise. Just start training hard and consistently, eat well and recover. There is no magic program or diet or supplements, there is only hard work and time. Stop worrying about 15% and go lift some weights.
The problem is your diet. I have been getting ripped as fuck on a vegan diet.
They taste horrible, but I feel like I am doing the world a favor.
you’ll need to drop probably 30+ lbs to get to a good bodyfat level.
Keep your protein up, and stay in the gym. Trust the process.
Like everyone is saying, it doesnt really matter.
The mirror tells you what you need to know, not the scale.
What are your goals? Are you just wanting to get really lean? What program you doing?
I’d put you around 25-30%. You’re looking at dropping 30-35lb, and assuming you don’t lose any muscle this will get you around 15%.
Funnily enough, I actually get more annoyed by people making this joke on every BF post than the posts themselves now. At least get creative with it, and use escalation or something.
No need to change what works just like training.
I’m glad you used that analogy. Making the exact same joke is like doing the exact same workout without ever progressing. Need to introduce some comedic progressive overload.
But he’s making the joke faster and more frequently now, so we’ve provided an element of progression in the form of density.
OP - ditto to everyone’s comments; you appear to be someone at the beginning of your training and diet journey. The ideal course of action would be to get some great habits in place.
I understand why folks ask their BF %, but it’s generally because they aren’t happy with their current body composition. That being the case, just start leaning out until you are - it’s the improvement that matters rather than the number.
@jskrabac did give you a pretty realistic expectation of what that goal will take, which I think is pretty helpful.
I also change the rest time between jokes and even the time of the day, to make full use of the joke confusion principles.
I still think eating vegans is the answer. They are pure protein
Your next cycle should incorporate comedic acceleration training. Develop a fast explosive element.
