What is Blood Level "Stability"?

Im a little confused with the stability side of things. Im currently on scrotal cream (previously on injections) Surely creams arnt as stable as injections due to daily rising and falling? What is actually meant by stability?

Creams offer high daily fluctuations but low weekly (each week you’re basically where you started the week). Injections are the opposite; high weekly fluctuations (on standard 1 shot per week) but low daily changes. What’s any of that matter? Not much, IMO. Naturally we work more like the creams, so if you like that idea, go for it.

So which is more stable? Depends which time frame you’re concerned with

Ive been on creams now for 2 weeks. Starting to feel the effects. Does the same principal still apply that things improve over a steady time period similar to injections?

Yep, 5 half-lives and you’ll be at steady state (meaning TT levels are as high as they are going to be). Symptoms resolve after that, weeks to months, usually

thanks swoops

Yes. As I have mentioned elsewhere, it can take time 1. To workout the correct protocol and 2. For the benefits to manifest.

A steady, patient, methodical approach is likely best when dealing with hormonal systems, likely because of the interactions between hormones, up and down regulation of hormone receptors, etc.
