I find that with every pre workout i have taken (whiteflood,NO Shotgun, Jack3d) i always get an energized feeling better never any pump. So i was wondering if anyone could tell me what is supposed to give you the actually pump or what supplements you find that work differently if you have expierienced this
Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. I’d bet that the buzz youre getting from those products is also hampering the pump, to a degree.
Cut the caffeine and have a carb/protein drink during your workout. Guarenteed to get a pump if you train like a bodybuilder.
GLPC (glycine-Propionyl-carnitine hcl) go up to 5 grams a day (in 2 doses), that will give you a pump. It would take 7 days to get going.

Carbohydrates taste better and give a great pump!
Thanks guys could you suggest some supplements that wont cause vasoconstriction and realy create that pump.
Surge Recovery, Gatorade powder, maltodextrin, pasta, potatoes.

makes me wanna shit and puke
25+ reps. Fuck all the worthless NO products. Don’t waste yer money. “The pump” is over rated anyway. Quick carbs if anything.
I actually tried my friends monster pump today, wasnt to optimistic but i said why not before i just switched to some arginine. It worked extremely well. Didnt get much of the jitters and i could definitly feel a huge pump during my arm workout. Obviously not the only cause of a pump but its the best ive taken so far. Give it a try before you by it ive heard its hard to handle since its so much supplement.
I agree carbs
