Morning (6:30am on weekdays)
- 2x scoops of Isopure protein (50 grams protein)
- 1 cup of oat meal
- 1x piece of fruit
Snack (10:00am on weekdays) - Peanuts
- Wheat or peanut butter crackers
Lunch (12:00pm-12:30pm) - 2x wheat bread sandwich with turkey mayo and cheese (15-20 grams of protein)
- 1 cup of carrots and celery
- Peanuts
- 1 banana
Pre workout (1:30pm-2:30pm) - 1x scoops of Isopure protein (25 grams protein)
- 1 cup apples
Post workout (3:00pm-3:30pm) - 2x scoops of Isopure/Whey protein (50 grams protein)
- 1 cup of oatmeal
Dinner (5:30pm-6:30pm) - Chicken, beef, fish (20-30 grams of protein)
- Brown rice, potatoes, wheat bread
- Spinach, broccoli, carrots
Pre bedtime snack (9:00pm-10:00pm) - Celery/ peanut butter and raisons
- 16 oz glass of milk (16 grams of protein)
- String cheese
