What Do You Guys Think my Body Fat Is?

I’m 45 years old and have recently started taking 500mg of test enanthate per week. I have leaned up a good bit, but I was wondering what you guys may think my body fat is sitting at. I know I have plenty of room for improvement.

12-15 but its almost impossible to tell because people carry fat in different amounts and in different places… i have seen people who look like a stick be 25% and seen 25% have abs sticking through a belly.

Why does that matter tho? I mean, you aint fooling anyone, it is what it is, if its 8 or if its 17, its not like the way you look will change.

I’d say you’re around 15%. It’s a bit hard to tell because of the excess amount of skin and it seems you’ve lost a considerable amount of bodyfat.

Congratulations on your progress! At 45 years old it seems you have nutrition and training dialed in.

Yes I have lost 108 pounds in just over 8 months. I had let myself go badly during Covid. The loose skin is driving me insane, but I know that it will take time. I’m 6 feet tall and weigh 220 in these pictures that were taken this past Friday.

Excellent progress. The loose skin thing is a bitch but who cares? You look better than 95% of 30 year olds.

Your percent body fat is just a number. The question is whether you like what you see in the mirror.

You have made some fantastic improvement. I would suggest hold that body weight and try to get stronger. 45 years old isn’t near old enough to prevent strength gains. Plus it will allow some time to see if your skin will tighten some.

I agree with this. It looks like favorable body fat distribution compared to average. By that I mean that OP has more body fat on his arms compared to his torso compared to an average man.

OP, congrats on the insane weight loss. You’re looking great for any age.
