Front looks pretty decent, but back is definetly lacking. Not much definition/signs of muscles. Work the back some more, bulk to gain more size, and post leg pics before everyone else flames you.[/quote]
Alright, plasticfish (interesting name by the way)here’s what I’d do.
Start over.
Start eating more, spreading 5 or 6 meals out over the course of the day.
Stick to basic movements for the next 6 months to a year. Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Row, Pullups, Shrugs, Calf Raises, Curls. Just basic forms of all of those. You have to have a good foundation before you start building on it. Right now you don’t even have the cement poured. So get those basics down, with an impoved diet, and see where you are in a half year.
Looks like 1.5 MONTHS of preachers, hammers, standing, seated, upsidedown, diagonal, twisting and swirling curls (I’m sure I missed the other 47 variations).
I suggest lots of bicep curls. Preacher, standing, sitting, hammer, dumbbell, barbell, concentration, prone incline, morelli, reverse, and then do all of that on a bosu ball as well.

Not being funny but I hear stories of online pics ending up on ‘other’ types of sites without a users consent. Imagine trying to explain that to your boss.
