Hi, I’ve been training for about 10 years and can’t seem to get a good diet going. Does anyone know of a diet that i can follow to add muscle and stay lean at the same time. Thanks ahead of time.[/quote]
A lot of the good info has been posted already, but I think there’s one more link in order.
The Essential Berardi
A stripped down overview of JB’s dietary wisdom ,by Chris Shugart
At the time it helped me a lot and puts things into perspective. I recommend you read this first and then go into other links for the details. This way you should not get overwhelmed with information.
Yeah Phill thanks a lot, my girlfriend is just getting into dieting and it’s nice having all the links in one place. It’ll help her a lot. It’ll also help me this summer as I transition from “Eat as much of as clean of food as possible” to a real diet, once I get home from school. Thanks a real lot man.
Well it was a tough choice. Between the tried and true staple of Surge or taking the offer as a chance to get around the three bottle limit of the newly released Carbolin 19.
I had to do it. I took the step and got myself a bottle of Carbolin 19 and placed an order for three more as well as my staple Low-Carb Grow! and Surge.
Phill,
Nice! I like the colors of the bottle. It is attractive, besides the lose fat, add muscle part By the way, I am a manly man. But the colors are still pretty.
Hey Semper,
Hope to hear from you. Steve here in Wilmington,NC. I noticed this a.m. that my treadmill running has improved a great bit since I started doing lower body workouts. Try it but go light at first. Man, you will take off once you have been doing it for quite some time and if you are able to run faster because of it then more weight will come off since you will be burning more calories the faster you go. Give er a try.
