congrats on your progress
Lookin’ good! Chest and shoulders look wide.
Work on your middle back, or the area between your shoulder blades, up into your traps. And your rear delts, like the back of your shoulders.
Bodybuilders call this “back thickness.”
Id be adding size everywhere. Hard to give you more nuanced advice, you need to get more muscle on you.
You training legs? I noticed you didn’t include them in your pictures, which is usually an indicator of not training them.
nah nah i train legs to failure once every week im good in that category
“Train legs to failure every week”. One of the more meaningless phrases i’ve seen on here recently.
I think you’ve done incredible work so far, and should be proud of it. I suspect that the keys to progress for you will be patience and time. You’ve come a really long way in a pretty short space of time, now you’ve reached the slower part. Building muscle is slow work compared to losing fat.
And how often do you train the rest of your body?
Yeah just gotta stay consistent
How about some relaxed front, side, and back photos… no post workout either. If you want try feedback.
i train my chest , triceps , biceps , forearms and abs twice a week and my legs , shoulders and shrugs once a week but those days its just either legs or shoulders with shrugs
maybe next time I guess .I usually take my pics an hour or straight after a workout
Then they don’t reflect your actual physique do they? Unless you walk around with a pump 24/7
