Yes shirt off, baggy jeans hat turned sideways, cannot be more than 150 lbs, must have hawt abs. Count I think we are both fucked on using this one.

I have some accumeasure calipers that I don’t often but I was happy with them when I was losing a lot of fat and was just doing a single site skinfold looking for a change not necessarily an accurate bf %age. So for that purpose, using the same spot every day I was satisfied. But it was mostly for encouragement and motivation.

They work fine, although I have to be somewhat careful so that it records the right mm measurement with the additional problem that my fat is quite hard to pinch.
