Your program intrigues me since I’m sick of leaving the gym feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus. Two questions regarding the program-
3 times weekly, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
I mentioned this in the “New Ripped, Rugged, and Dense” thread. Your thinking is correct. I just supplement w/ a regular MRP post workout and that works fine, for all the reasons that you stated. A serving of Classic GROW will work well.

I’m not exactly sure what you are asking. Three exercises per body part? Or three exercises total (i.e. powerclean, bench press, squat)? I think the former is excessive, especially when on a fat loss phase, but may have some merit for a bulking program. The latter could also work as well.
