There is way too much fail everywhere in this thread. I’m not sure where to start -
Mostly with the guy who’s trying to impress a bunch of guys talking about expensive sunglasses and whatnot. Artem’s a cool kid, so I won’t give him too much shit - but you need to step up your breakfast game for sure.

Sometimes I forgot how much I can eat compared to most people - especially a lot of folks on this site who are ‘bulking.’ Again, I’ll revert back to UltraKickAzzShreddidAbz’s bitch-smashing shake.

Yeah man, I know. What could I add in there to get more calories? I’ve put on a lot of weight in the past few months, but I still know I could be eating more. I get a lot of my calories from milk though because it’s easy and pretty cheap dollar/calorie. I can eat the most at lunch, and all throughout the day basically. I’m always eating something in classes… haha

I just wanna know what this crap is about putting egg white in shakes rather than whole eggs, 1% milk rather than whole, while complaining about it supposedly being bad for you, despite putting a bunch of peanut butter in that same shake…what’s wrong with people?

Well with the egg whites, you can buy them separately, in like a tub. They’re just a good way to get a ton of protein fast because it’s so fast to eat.
