Been doing it for a little over a month. Was so weak for myself too embarassed to put it up but figure this will track results for me and motivate me too. Prior to that was doing general conditioning for 2 months, dropped from 250 to 230 ish. Losing weight again after cleaning up my diet. I dont really have enough strength to save all my muscle even while eating clean. I dont mind, rather get lean then bulk up. It looks better.

6’2 34 years old 226 lbs 27% BF (bio-electrical) down from 255 lbs and unknown BF

Warm up: glute mobility, shoulder mobility, 3 min walk, 2 min run (6mph on treadmill)

bench press 3x5x115 (bar balance still a bit tough)
deadlift 1x3x135 (piece of cake)
squat 3x5x95 (tough)
chin-up 1x5 w/165 lbs assist (GOD IM WEAK)

first time trying 135 on deads and was winded from a warmup sets so stopped short at 3 reps, coulda done all 5 but ill save that for next session. Have never pushed deadlifts before but feel i could do alot more weight but working slow cuz my other lifts are weak.

Woke up and inside lateral tendon on knee was a bit sore, did glute mobility and had a great workout anyway. Taking 2 days off cuz im doing 3 a week and that was my 3rd. The knee thing was not from weightlifting and dont really bother me much normally.
