315 x 10,10,10 (vid)…I considered another set but I want to have some energy to train again tomorrow. And my legs were friggin’ fatigued. Getting very lazy with the hips on this last set.
And I hate DLing in these shorts.

I think your DLs look damn fine. Hips look good to me. I enjoy watching everyone’s videos for different reasons: to see improvement, intensity, or just incredible form. I consider your lifting in the latter category.

Also, I tried my first ever touch and go DLs when I was warming up. Hated them. I kind of reminded me of benching and having the bar hit the pins at the bottom every time. Granted I don’t have any experience with touch and go but still.

Dude, if I had done 5 x 10 I would have been lying on the floor. That being said, you could 315 x 5 x 10 no problem.

Check out ma new “sled” I just made!

  • old tire
  • scrap wood (screwed into the tire from below)
  • eye bolt with washer/nut
  • snap hook
  • 2 x 8 ft. “lifting slings” (perfect loops on the ends)

Added a 45lb plate. Did some backward drags (felt that in my quads today), rows, presses, forward drags.
