Creatine (especially non-buffered) typically increases your body’s ability to retain water. I saw a similar weight change when I first went on it. That aside, I think your body breathes out a pound of water weight over night? Not to mention the shit in your bowels and possible food in your stomach.
Did you really think you were sleepwalking and gorged on food unknowingly? seriously? 7lbs of fat is 23,500 kcals. So unless you think you ate a surplus of that much, god this thread sucks.
