Went from 187 to 194 in One Week

Is this from creatine?
I started cycling it like last week, and I think it may have added loads of water weight, like 7lbs to be exact… ha.

Is that what it could be?
I’m eating clean and probably couldn’t even put on 7lb in one week if I ate loads anyway, I don’t gain very fast…

Creatine (especially non-buffered) typically increases your body’s ability to retain water. I saw a similar weight change when I first went on it. That aside, I think your body breathes out a pound of water weight over night? Not to mention the shit in your bowels and possible food in your stomach.

Did you really think you were sleepwalking and gorged on food unknowingly? seriously? 7lbs of fat is 23,500 kcals. So unless you think you ate a surplus of that much, god this thread sucks.

No, I said I couldn’t have possibly ate that much in the thread, if you read.
And it was on an empty stomach man. So it must have been the creatine.
